Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been packed, processed or handed over to the courier partner. Once an order has entered the packing or dispatch stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request cancellation, the customer must contact Aathvika Organic Farms at the earliest and provide the order number, registered mobile number and reason for cancellation.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method. The refund will normally be initiated within 5 to 7 business days after the cancellation is approved. The actual time required for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank, card provider, UPI service or payment gateway.

Cash-on-delivery orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any refund obligation, as no advance payment has been received.

Orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled after dispatch. Where cancellation is exceptionally accepted after dispatch, forward shipping charges, return shipping charges and applicable handling expenses may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Aathvika Organic Farms reserves the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment verification failure, incorrect customer details, delivery restrictions, suspected fraudulent activity, force majeure events or any other reason beyond reasonable control.

Where an order is cancelled by Aathvika Organic Farms after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers are requested to carefully verify the products, quantities, delivery address, contact number and payment details before confirming an order.

Refund Policy

Aathvika Organic Farms takes reasonable care while sourcing, packing and dispatching every order. Since most of our products are food-based, agricultural, natural or perishable in nature, returns are generally not accepted for hygiene, quality and safety reasons.

A refund, replacement or store credit may be considered only in cases where the customer receives a damaged, defective, leaking, tampered, missing, expired or incorrect product.

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The customer must provide the order number, registered mobile number, clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and affected product. An unboxing video may also be requested wherever necessary for verification.

Requests submitted after the reporting period or without sufficient photographs, order details or supporting evidence may not be accepted.

Where only part of an order is damaged, defective, missing or incorrect, the refund or replacement will be limited to the affected product or quantity. Products received in proper condition will not be eligible for refund.

Refunds will not ordinarily be provided for change of mind, personal taste preferences, dislike of colour, texture, size, aroma or appearance, minor natural variations, improper storage after delivery, damage caused by the customer, incomplete delivery details, refusal to accept delivery or customer unavailability during delivery attempts.

Organic, traditional and farm-sourced products may naturally differ in colour, shape, size, aroma, texture and appearance from one batch to another. Such natural differences will not normally be treated as defects.

Once the complaint is verified and approved, Aathvika Organic Farms may provide a replacement, partial refund, full refund, store credit or coupon, depending on the nature of the issue.

Approved refunds will normally be initiated within 5 to 7 business days. The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the bank, UPI service, card issuer or payment gateway.

Original shipping, handling and convenience charges are generally non-refundable. However, where the complete order is damaged, incorrect or undelivered due to an error attributable to Aathvika Organic Farms or its delivery partner, the applicable shipping charges may also be refunded after verification.

Aathvika Organic Farms reserves the right to reject any refund or replacement request that appears false, incomplete, unsupported, fraudulent or contrary to this policy.
