1. Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed, processed or handed over to the courier partner.
2. Once an order is packed, processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
3. To request cancellation, the customer must contact Aathvika Organic Farms immediately with the order number and registered mobile number.
4. For approved prepaid cancellations before dispatch, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Cash on Delivery orders may be cancelled before dispatch without refund obligation, as no advance payment has been received.
6. Aathvika Organic Farms may cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing error, payment issue, incorrect customer details, suspected fraud or delivery restriction.
7. If Aathvika Organic Farms cancels a prepaid order, the eligible paid amount will be refunded.
8. If cancellation is accepted after dispatch in exceptional cases, shipping, return and handling charges may be deducted.
9. Customers are requested to verify product, quantity, address and contact details carefully before confirming the order.
10. Cancellation approval will depend on the order status at the time the request is received.
